"As a current first-year medical student at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, I bring a strong academic foundation and a deep commitment to education. I graduated magna cum laude from McDaniel College in 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in biology, where I cultivated a strong work ethic, sharp critical thinking skills, and a passion for learning that I now pass on to my students. I have extensive experience in biology, general chemistry, algebra, English language arts, and spelling, and I approach each subject with clarity, structure, and enthusiasm. Before medical school, I spent a year working in a neuro-optometry clinic supporting children, individuals with special needs, and survivors of traumatic brain injury. This hands-on experience taught me to be exceptionally patient, adaptive, and attuned to diverse learning styles.
