"I have Bachelors in Psychology and a Masters in Social Work, with over 10 years of experience helping students with all steps of the writing and editing process. As an undergraduate, I worked as a professional writing tutor at the campus learning center. Since then, I have continued to assist undergraduate students with papers on a wide range of topics across multiple courses. I also assist graduate students with editing thesis proposals and dissertations. More recently, I worked with an MBA student throughout her semester-long internship at Amazon. I helped her develop ideas and edit written content for a rigorous project proposal, which she successfully pitched to a supervisory team. Based on this proposal, she was offered a full-time job at Amazon after her internship. Additionally, I assist individuals with post-baccalaureate, medical school and MBA essay applications, all of whom have been accepted into their programs of choice. Finally, I have extensive personal and professional experience writing and editing resumes and cover letters that will land you your dream job.

I am dedicated to helping students understand the basics of the writing process and grow as writers. As a professional social worker, I not only show up as your tutor/editor, but am always happy to provide mentorship and stress management techniques. I am knowledgeable and studied in all aspects of the writing process, including creating an argumentative thesis statement, basic sentence structure, paragraph organization, grammar and spelling, as well as proofreading.
