I earned my degrees in Political Science and International Studies with a focus on the Middle East from the University of Utah, and I have two years of experience teaching 7th and 8th grade Social Studies in a classroom setting. I’ve also been tutoring on and off since high school, working with students of different ages and learning styles. Through these experiences, I’ve learned how important it is to meet students where they are and build learning strategies that make sense for them.

My approach to tutoring is all about understanding rather than memorization. I aim to give students practical tools they can use not just during our sessions, but in other classes as well—helping them grow into more confident, independent learners. I’m responsive, flexible, and always happy to work around busy schedules.
