"Hi, my name is Karen. I have worked as a substitute teacher and a high school tutor for home bound students. Tutored for the Social sciences and have a degree in Criminal Justice with a teaching certification in Social Studies. I was employed at this for five years.

Prior to teaching I worked in private security for sixteen years when I decided to go back to college to get my teaching certification. I am currently working from home as my mother’s caretaker.

As I have mentioned I have sixteen years working in the private security field for the Philadelphia Inquirer and Daily News. Also to acquire my teaching certification I need to take many additional history classes as well as sociology classes.
