"Hello! My name is Suporna (pronounced "Shoo-por-nuh"), and I am currently working full-time as a brain cancer researcher with the Harvard Cancer Center. I just completed my MPH with highest honors and am halfway through an MS in "AI in Medicine." I am also a Contributing Editor for Harvard Medical School's Primary Care Medical Review. I additionally work as both a clinical case manager for a brain injury center and as a trained crisis counselor for Crisis Text Line. I have been tutoring students in reading, writing, ESOL, Spanish, SAT prep, GRE prep, AP exam prep, and MCAT CARS prep for the past 6 years! I feel comfortable interacting with a wide range of ages and skill levels. As a tutor, I think my strengths include my passion for helping others, friendliness, dedication, and sense of humor.

My favorite thing about tutoring is seeing that "Eureka!" moment when a student's eyes light up and a concept finally becomes clear. I am here to listen to your concerns and doubts without judgment. You deserve to be the best you can be!!

MCAT CARS: This has consistently been my best section on the exam (132/132), and I am confident in my ability to help you navigate what many consider the most difficult component.

Spanish: I have studied Spanish for five years and am a member of the National Spanish Honors Society. My travels to places such as Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, and Mexico have further deepened my abilities and confidence in communicating with native speakers. Most importantly, I am extremely passionate about foreign languages, and I hope to convey that enthusiasm through my tutoring.

SAT Prep: My composite SAT score was a 2350. I made an 800 (perfect score) in Reading and a 780 in Writing. I am an avid bookworm and a vocabulary enthusiast! You'll also note that I have varied academic interests; I have been an all-rounder student, so I feel comfortable tackling a diverse range of subjects.
