"As a dyslexic student, teachers who cared and who helped were the best. I became a teacher to be the safe I felt when those teachers helped me. Now I get to live it. I tutor to build a students confidence as mine was by teachers of my past.

I hold a Bachelor’s in English from Ashford University, with a strong focus on literature. I hold 2 Master’s one in English Literature from Southern New Hampshire University and the other from Western Governor’s University in Education.

I have 5 years of tutoring and teaching experience across a range of subjects, including English to drivers education. My approach to teaching focuses on building confidence and foundational skills through differentiated instruction and interactive, student-centered learning. I regularly incorporate strategies such as scaffolding, goal setting, and real-world application to help students retain and apply what they’ve learned.

I’ve worked with students from elementary through high school, typically ranging from ages 7 to 75 (seriously). My experience includes both classroom instruction and one-on-one tutoring.
