"I have been a teacher and tutor for many years. I have certifications in elementary and secondary education. I currently tutor elementary math, middle school math, Algebra I, Algebra II , and Geometry. I also tutor in the areas of grammar, reading, and writing. In the last few years, I have expanded tutoring to college level courses such as Developmental Math, College Algebra, Statistics, and College English. I do tutor students to prep them for the math portions of the ACT, SAT, and TSI. I work with public, private, and home school students.

I love to help individuals learn and succeed in the subject(s) that they struggle with. There is nothing more gratifying to me than to see a student that I have been tutoring to improve their grade averages in school or pass an important test.

Math is my favorite subject of all. I love to teach individuals how to understand mathematical concepts and then see them being successful in their classes.

Reading is another area that I tutor students in, and I have successfully worked with students with dyslexia.
