"I hold both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Statistics from Texas A&M University, where I developed a strong foundation in mathematics, data analysis, and statistical modeling. During my graduate studies, I was selected as a Graduate Assistant Lecturer, which gave me the opportunity to independently teach undergraduate-level courses. I have since taught college-level mathematics and statistics for over a year, including courses like Business Calculus and Fundamental Statistics. My teaching experience spans both in-person and online settings, including synchronous and asynchronous formats. I am familiar with learning management systems such as Canvas and eCampus, and I regularly use platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams to engage students virtually.

I have experience teaching students from diverse academic backgrounds, including first-year college students and non-STEM majors who often feel anxious about math. I work hard to create a supportive learning environment that encourages questions, builds confidence, and emphasizes true understanding over rote memorization.
