"I'm Megan - I'm a college professor and director of medical emergency education. I've been a private nurse tutor for over a decade and a nursing instructor with experience teaching MedSurg, Med Math, NCLEX Prep, Peds, Psych, and tutored Pharmacology. I have taught LPN and RN. I'm really passionate about the "Whys" behind nursing and I specialize in helping students easily understand the pathophysiology behind an issue - so the questions become easy!

I'm in school myself for Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP). I love to help students understand how the NCLEX questions work and how to break down the questions quickly. It's so important to not just memorize facts but to understand the whole picture so you can critically think through those Next-Gen questions and case studies. I've worked in Emergency, Internal Med, Peds, and Urgent Care. I have also worked in nursing admin and done recruiting / hiring for new grads - so I can help you understand not only the "perfect book answer" but the real world critical thinking application that will make you a wonderful nurse.
