"I'm Jonathan! I graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in Music Education. It was not my intent at all to become a teacher when I entered college, but once I got a chance to mentor students and connect with them on an individual basis, I knew it would quickly become my life's work. Through my first few years of teaching, I have created a philosophy of trying to cater each lesson to the individual level rather than creating a general "cookie-cutter" lesson.

While my degree is in Music Education, I am proficient in many other areas. Along with my Bachelor's I also have an Associate's degree in Science and Mathematics. I also have a year tutoring middle school students from Grades 6-8 in math using data focused practices. I am also a resource for all of my students whenever they need help in their core classes due to the personal connection I strive to create with every scholar.

During my life I have made many PowerPoints ranging from school projects to presentations for non-profit organizations I volunteered to work with. I also obtained certification through a local community college for PowerPoint after completing a course on using PowerPoint effectively.
