"After graduating from college with a bachelor's degree in Communication Studies, I entered the corporate world of property management. I've spent many years in this field now realizing that my true passion is helping others. I am a certified yoga and meditation instructor and in 2019 I completed training to become a certified Kindermusik Educator.

I now work with adults, families and children ages 6 months to 6 years in a variety of music and movement classes. In my yoga classes, I focus on self awareness and emotional release through movement as well as physical fitness. In my Kindermusik classes there is emphasis on baby sign language, how music and movement relate to language development and social skills plus important emotional development. I have also used some of my spare time to help tutor older children in reading and creative writing.

I love helping people succeed and feel good about themselves. I want to make a difference, helping children and adults learn to regulate their emotions, and become more confident not only in school, but in everyday life.

My 15 years in property management has given me a vast amount of experience in writing, grammar and reading. Public speaking is not only a focus of my major in communications, but is also a part of my daily life. As an instructor of both Kindermusik and yoga, I am in front of numerous people every class, not only speaking but educating and leading. Throughout 2020 I have also gained experience in remodeling my classes to fit virtual platforms such as Zoom.
