My name is Kourtney, and I'm excited to be your music tutor. Whether it's for music theory or learning an instrument, I believe in bringing humor, positivity, and reassurance into my tutoring/teaching because learning music can seem a bit strenuous at times. But all it takes is a positive vibe and patience, and then music is fun to learn!

I professionally tutored students in Music theory for 2 years while in college (3 years post-college), and I've been teaching flute since 2023.

In terms of taking the AP Music Theory Exam, I scored a 4 when I took the test, so I'm confident in helping students score high on their upcoming exams."
