"I earned a Masters and PhD degree from UCONN in Biobehavioral Science. My dissertation was working with children with depression and behavior disorders. I have taught psychology and human development at the college level, home educated my 6 children for 18 years, and have been teaching and coaching since 2020.

I am a certified provider of Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills (PEERS®), an evidence-based social skills program developed at UCLA for children and teens with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety, depression, and other socio-emotional concerns.

I have done extensive professional development training online with one of the top Pediatric Psychology Executive Function experts.

In addition, I have a child with ASD/ADHD, and three others with ADHD, so I have practical experience as well as professional.

I have taught over 3,000 children and young adults all over the world on Outschool in private coaching on Executive Functions and Social Emotional Learning, as well as classes in these subjects.
