I'm Gisela, a native Spanish speaker with a Master's degree in Spanish Language and Ph.D. studies in Rhetoric. Graduated with honors in Russian Language and Literature, with studies in Arabic in Azerbaijan, and experience as an official interpreter. I have taught advanced Spanish and writing at the Instituto Superior y de Estudios Avanzados de Monterrey and Louisiana State University.

I've published three original translations and lived in Cuba, Mexico, Asia, Spain, and the U.S., bringing a unique intercultural perspective to my classes. I'm an Official Examiner of the Instituto Cervantes for B1 and B2 levels (CEFR) and hold certificates as a Forensic Linguistics Expert and in interior design, reflecting my interest in creativity and aesthetics.

My classes are a space for authentic and creative learning, where students not only acquire Spanish but also develop writing skills, critical thinking, cultural awareness, and personal expression. The course duration ranges from 80 to 150 hours depending on the student. At the end, you receive a participation certificate.

I can teach Spanish to beginners or assist with writing a master’s or bachelor’s thesis. Having studied multiple languages, including Russian, Arabic, French, and English, I understand the stages and emotions of learning a non-native language. I welcome questions and mistakes—they are essential for learning.
