I was born in France to French-Montenegrin parents and grew up in a multilingual household. I have lived in America for 29 years, so speaking English has become second nature to me. I find it just as important to speak the language my students originally learn in, because it makes communication easier. By the time I was an adult I had mastered five languages! My passion for linguistics led me to pursue languages at Paris Nanterre X (with 2 DEUG in languages), coupled with a BA in business in Santa Monica college as well as an International Business degree with ESAM. After moving to America, I was presented with lots of new opportunities. I got certified in yoga, Reiki, NLP, and hypnosis. These holistic approaches helped me bring mindfulness and mental clarity into my French classes, helping students stay focused, relaxed, and confident. I went from teaching French to Pre-K children, to guiding learners of all ages through a uniquely effective and immersive approach.
