"I was born and raised in France and have lived in the US for over 35 years while continuing to use French daily in both personal and professional contexts. I have taught intermediate to advanced conversational French to adult students through cultural discussion classes at the Alliance Française d’Atlanta. Those sessions were conducted entirely in French and focused on real usage through conversations around films, books, art, and current events. I maintain full fluency through daily exposure to French news and radio, regular discussions with family in France, and by spending several weeks back home each year. My approach to tutoring French is practical and supportive, helping students work through homework, improve comprehension, strengthen grammar and conjugation skills, and gain confidence using the language in an academic setting.

In addition to French, I tutor Microsoft PowerPoint based on nearly 30 years of hands on, professional experience using the software on a daily basis. I have taught Microsoft Office courses, including PowerPoint, through New Horizons in Atlanta and continue to provide PowerPoint training for clients. My PowerPoint tutoring focuses on academic use cases, helping students plan and structure presentations for class assignments, meet instructor expectations, and communicate ideas clearly. I work with students on slide hierarchy, content flow, visual consistency, template creation, and effective use of charts and visuals so their presentations are clear, organized, and appropriate for high school or university settings.
