"I am a native Russian speaker and an advanced Spanish speaker with extensive experience learning and using languages in both academic and immersive settings. I studied Spanish in Salamanca, Spain, at Letra Hispánica Escuela de Lengua y Cultura Españolas, a Cervantes-accredited language school, where I achieved an advanced (C1) level of proficiency. I lived in Spain for several years across multiple study periods, which allowed me to develop strong conversational fluency, listening comprehension, and cultural understanding.

I have helped friends, peers, and language learners informally with Russian and Spanish, particularly with speaking practice, pronunciation, grammar clarification, and building confidence in everyday communication.

In addition to general Spanish, I have completed coursework in medical Spanish while studying in Spain and am familiar with common medical terminology and patient-focused communication. While I continue to review and strengthen this area, I can support students who want an introduction to medical Spanish or practical exposure to healthcare-related language.

As someone who grew up in Ukraine, where Russian is a 2nd language, I am fully fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in both Ukrainian and Russian, and I understand how languages are naturally acquired through real-life use rather than memorization alone.
