"Hello! I'm Esther, a current undergraduate at the University of Texas at Austin studying Electrical and Computer Engineering. I graduated high school with a International Baccalaureate Diploma where I HL'd in Math Analysis and Approaches, Physics, and English. I also have AP experience in Calculus AB and BC. My senior year, I became a National Merit Scholar through the PSAT and I hope to help others who have a similar goal!

My first experience teaching was when I found myself often helping my younger sister with different areas of math. I later became a peer tutor at my high school where I worked one on one with my classmates who were taking Algebra 1, Algebra 2, and Precalculus. I have gone on to tutor in Calculus and test prep subjects such as the PSAT, SAT Math, and IB Math. Because I have found that I am a visual learner, my favorite ways of teaching is with images and diagrams where I can most effectively communicate complicated problems. I also believe that the most effective learning comes from a broader contextual understanding of the problem instead of pure memorization where one is able to walk themselves through any situation they encounter.
