"My name is Talena, I’m an NYU graduate with a degree in psychology. I graduated with a 3.9 GPA. I am a writer by trade and love to work with children or adults of any age struggling with time management, writing (research or creative), and studying for tests.

As someone who struggled with ADHD myself, I know how frustrating and debilitating the condition can be and am dedicated to helping provide skills to manage symptoms, set goals, and effectively and efficiently work towards a successful completion. I have been trained at both NYU and Columbia University to work with children and adults with ADHD, as well as children with conduct disorders that may struggle to stay on task and lash out. There is no individual that would be too difficult for me to create a study plan for.
