"I am a licensed and registered occupational therapist with a bachelor's and master's in Occupational Therapy from Nazareth University as well as a minor in Music with a focus on education. I have a love for all things STEM related with special interests in biology, anatomy & physiology, kinesiology, and neuroscience in which I have tutored at the high school and college levels.

I have 17+ years experience in learning and playing violin in the school, community, and semi-professional settings, having taught beginner and intermediate students ages 6-40+ for the past 8 years. My approach to music education is holistic and evidence based, always working towards creating a "just-right" challenge unique to each individual to foster understanding and improvement.

I have been teaching ballroom dance for 7 years now to youth and adults locally and nationally at various universities, the Lilac Dance Center in Rochester, NY, and online. I enjoy describing and showing foundational technique and fundamentals of movement in this partner dance, as well as incorporating my background in occupational therapy to overcome physical challenges and stretch/strengthen key muscle groups. No partner is necessary to participate and enjoy!
