"Greetings, my name is Reginald, and I would be delighted to serve in this tutoring capacity. It is my pleasure to provide educational content that can help students, whether in school or out of school, excel in the fields that I choose to teach. I do not have a specific background in Education formally. However, my experience in working for the federal government for 30 years has allowed me the opportunity to train and provide demonstrations of various skillsets.

Formally, I have an Associate's Degree in Applied Science with a major in Computer Information Systems. From there, I was employed by the Federal Government in a Tax Administration position for 3 years and then I was selected for an I.T. position as an Information Technology Specialist. This position allowed me to perform a wide array of duties.

Mostly, the position allowed me to train groups of Employees and assist individual employees on a 1 on 1 basis. This type of assistance has been done in person and through use of remote Administration tools such as Remote Desktop Connection and 3rd-Party application called Bomgar. In addition, I have participated and led several I.T. projects with my team members for upgrading software and hardware equipment through the years of Service.

In addition, to training employees with computer issues, I have also trained and mentored my Junior I.T. Peers who transferred into my group or as a Level 1 Help Desk Tech. I also guided the trainees with the correct knowledge and information on how to assist the End User.

This position required a High level of research and communicating with other I.T. Techs in different areas of expertise. Therefore, I believe through these many years of teaching, demonstrating and mentoring other I.T. Technicians is what allows me to provide tutoring assistance at this point.
