"A former professor, I taught general and organic chemistry at the university and community-college levels for over 20 years. While an "A" student in general chemistry, I actually struggled in organic chemistry! After barely passing the first part of organic chemistry with a grade of "C", I proceeded to make a 13/100 on my first exam in the second part of organic chemistry. That is not a typo! "This class is the worst class ever", I told myself. With nowhere left to turn, I decided to teach myself organic chemistry and informed my professor that I would only be attending class on exam days.
