"As a licensed teacher with over a decade of experience, I specialize in helping students in grades 3 through 6 build strong foundations in math and gain confidence in their problem-solving skills. I hold a Master’s Degree in Education and certified as a Level III Instructional Leader in New Mexico for both K–8 Elementary and 6–12 Secondary. I am also a Microsoft Certified Educator, a TESOL-certified instructor, and a Blended Learning School Influencer.

Over the past 10 years, I have taught math in elementary, working with diverse groups of learners. My experience includes whole-class instruction, small group interventions, and one-on-one tutoring—both in-person and online. I’ve helped students master core math concepts such as multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, and problem-solving strategies using engaging, hands-on approaches and digital tools.

My tutoring style is supportive, interactive, and tailored to each child’s learning pace and needs. I use visual models, games, real-world applications, and frequent feedback to help students not only understand math but enjoy it. I also have experience supporting English Language Learners, ensuring language is never a barrier to understanding math concepts.
