"After I finished my U.S. Navy contract, I studied English at University of Dallas on the G.I. Bill. While I was at U Dallas, I played 4 seasons of NCAA Lacrosse and was a 2-time team captain. I have coached athletes of all ages, from Kindergarten to college; any kid I've coached would say that I'm always teaching new vocabulary words, talking about topics and relating them to what they are learning in school.

I write constantly, either about sports, or music, or philosophy. I am curious about all things, and I hope to pass along that curiosity to the students I work with. My goal is not to 'make learning fun,' but to show students how fun learning actually is!
