"I am Hashem, a teacher with passion and enthusiasm towards languages and business administration. I have seven years of experience in tutoring university level students and two years of tutoring school level students. I began tutoring during my last year in the high school. I used to help younger students in their English, Arabic (my mother tongue) and French classes.

I finished my bachelor degree and started to work in the management and marketing field, which gave me real life experience in both fields. During my work, I obtained my master's degree in marketing my PhD in business administration which gave me also a great theoretical knowledge in the field. In 2012, I decided to go after my old passion and changed my career to be a university instructor in management and marketing which gave me a diversified experience in creating learning methods and means.

In parallel, I used to volunteer to teach Arabic for middle and high school students, and french for beginners. I am a native Arabic speaker. I read, write and speak Arabic fluently.

I also teach French for beginners, I used French for years in school and I passed the DELF B1, B2 (DELF is a diploma awarded by the French Ministry of Education to prove the French-language skills of non-French candidates).

I applied IELTS twice, in both times I obtained the mark needed, I was able then to help several IELTS applicants to enhance there skills in order to apply for the test.

I am a highly capable and experienced administrative professional. I have 16 years of experience in management, human resources, procurement, finance, university teaching and training. I am a certified Pearson Education trainer of trainers. I taught management, marketing, human resources, total quality management and other management aspects.
