"Hello. My name is Amanda. I graduated with my Masters degree in Childhood Elementary Education. I am licensed in Childhood Education (grades 1-6). I have gained professional development and growth in many grade levels but primarily taught K-3rd grade. Most of my tutoring experience is in subjects: Reading, Foundational Skills (grammar/phonics), Writing and Math.

For one to professionally grow and develop, one must continue to set goals, plans to achieve those goals, and aim for achievement. Tutoring will provide an excellent opportunity; not only to my students who will gain and refresh subject knowledge matter, but it will also provide a continuum of professional growth for me as well, knowing I am contributing to reaching students potential in academic success. I want to benefit the students I work with in not only boosting their confidence but aiding to subject knowledge in a way that becomes a life-long journey of learning. ***Please NOTE: I am only tutoring online using Zoom/Google Meet and Google Classroom as the learning platform.
