"Hello!

I’m Austin. I enjoy finding ways to connect my understanding with that of others, and I hope you’re here for the same reason. Here’s a bit about me:

I graduated summa cum laude from Indiana University in 2019 with a BS in Biochemistry and a math minor. During my four years at IU, I tutored elementary school students in math, reading, and writing, and college students in chemistry and organic chemistry coursework. In the past year I have tutored high school chemistry, middle school algebra I, and have proofread for college and medical school students. TLDR; I'm open to teaching lots of things to lots of people!

These days I spend most of my time painting and drawing, while working part-time at the University of Chicago Lab school with 4-year olds. If you're looking for an art teacher from an unconventional background, I might be just the right tutor for you.

What do I hope you’ll take from all this?

I have more than five years of experience tutoring students from elementary- to college-age in a number of subjects.
