"Hi! My name is Salimata but you can call me Sali! I am a recent high school graduate who is pursuing my bachelor’s in International Relations. In school, I found my love for debate, public speaking and history so I hope to help fellow students in those subjects. In high school, I was co-captain of my debate team, placing 6th and 8th in the NY state tournament and 1st 5 times in local western NY tournaments. I have experience not only coaching the members of the Speech & Debate team but also dance! Having taught both African Dance in local schools and Ballet at my former dance company. I collectively have around 2 years teaching children from ages 3-16, and i’m known for my incredible patience. As someone who had difficulty in certain subjects and knows how it feels to struggle a bit in harder subjects at school. I’d love to help students that may be having more difficulty than their peers!
