"I graduated from UW Whitewater with a degree in Social Work. After my youngest son was diagnosed with Dyslexia, I learned about the science of reading and received my certification as a Dyslexia Practitioner. I've worked with children between the ages of 6-14, both virtually and at the Children's Dyslexia Center, Milwaukee.

I use a multi sensory structured literacy program, based on the Orton-Gillingham approach. Each session will be individualized to the learner's needs. I can appreciate just how challenging learning can be for some children. I think it's extremely important to build their self confidence through encouragement and empathy.
