"Hello, I'm Melanie! I recently graduated with a 4.5 weighted GPA, and I will be a freshman at Temple University this fall. I took 7 APs in High School, and I am an AP Scholar with distinction. Throughout my senior year of high school, I have volunteered to be a math tutor after school. During this, I helped students prepare for their biology and math keystones. I believe that practice makes perfect. My goal is to identify what the student is struggling with and approach the topic step by step. Whether it's to prepare for a test, finish a homework assignment, or do some summer catch up I am readily available to help tackle the problems that seem too difficult at first. Past tests or assignments would be greatly appreciated to see where any areas of struggle are. I will gladly make practice problems and guide the student through them to help drive a topic home. Any feedback is appreciated, I think it's crucial to adjust to what the student's needs and goals are.
