"In 2017, Renee earned her B.A. in French from Lewis & Clark College, spending semesters abroad in France and Senegal. She has been tutoring children through adults since 2016, and has been substitute teaching in all subjects grades K-12 since 2018. Her teaching style is creative, attentive, and flexible. In her spare time, this instructor enjoys reading, journaling, improv, art, yoga, and dance. One of her peers says “she leaves a lot of space for her students to ask questions or propose ideas, and I've seen her build trust that way.” The parent of one of her students says “She is patient, makes learning fun, and integrates it into play and age appropriate learning.”"
