"I am a passionate and experienced educator with a strong academic background in mathematics and language instruction. I was honored to be accepted into the Math Olympiad as a young student myself and have completed over 70 credit hours in mathematics at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, across ten years of higher education.

My teaching experience spans a wide range of mathematics courses, including (but not limited to):

Algebra

Calculus

Differential Equations

Statistics

Advanced Statistics for Engineers

Time Series Analysis

In addition to my work in mathematics, I have tutored students in several programming languages, including MATLAB, Python, R, SPSS, and Fortran, with a focus on solving mathematically-oriented problems.

I also bring over eight years of ESL (English as a Second Language) teaching experience, working with students of all ages—from young children (age 4) to adults in their 70s. Teaching ESL is a true passion of mine, and I find great joy in helping students thrive as they develop language skills.

As an ESL learner myself, now living in the U.S., I have gained a well-rounded perspective on language acquisition. This personal journey has given me insight into the challenges and strategies that make ESL instruction more effective and relatable.

I am also a language enthusiast and have studied several other languages, which further enriches my approach to both language and math instruction. Because math is a language as well after all. I hope together we can find your love for math as well.
