"I have a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, and it was there that I realized my passion for helping students with their reading skills, be it learning how to read from scratch or raising their reading level to catch up with their peers. I have 5 years of experience working with kids from the ages of 5-12, focusing on phonics, writing and reading letters and words, forming sentences, and reading stories and honing reading comprehension. I often produce my own learning materials, such as stories and worksheets, and I enjoy creating materials specific to each student's needs.
