"I have a Master of Arts in History. My courses were divided between American history (Colonial, Civil War, Gilded Age, and post WWII) and European (Great Britain and Nazi Germany). I have retained all my work as a reference along with instructors' discussions on various topics. I have a lot of basic knowledge but a lot of insight on the behind the scenes regarding the subject of History.

My own child is home-schooled and I do not do their work for them. I challenge my child to read and search for the answers. If they get stumped, I assist but only in a way that teaches them where to hunt for the answer using relevant sources."
