"I have recently graduated from a four-year institution with my master's degree in College Student Affairs. Currently, I work in the Financial Aid field at a university. I also have experience working in a community college setting. Previously, I worked in various departments at community colleges, including Financial Aid, Math Tutoring Center, Testing Center, and Adult Basic Education, where I tutored students at various levels of math in a classroom setting. I can tutor in the following: Basic Math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Algebra 2, Geometry, Statistics, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, College Accuplacer Prep, the GED exam in terms of Mathematics and Science, etc... I have also advocated as a student Peer Educator while at college, which included giving various presentations to students and counseling students to direct them to different education health services.
