"Dedicated to helping your child feel good about themselves as they learn the academic skills needed to have a successful school career. I know what it is like to be a struggling student, to see classmates easily grasp what seems out of reach, to try your hardest, yet somehow, it never clicks. This is why I provide individualized instruction for each child I work with. I pinpoint the skills essential for them to be successful and create sessions filled with activities and inspiration. I meet your child where they are, using their hobbies, interests, background knowledge, and personal learning style to help them advance to where they want to go. I will help their self-esteem soar.
Helping children feel good about themselves as they learn the academic and self-esteem skills needed to soar in life is part of my passion.
I am a licensed Speech Pathologist with over 10 years of experience working in both school and clinic/home settings. I have an additional Master’s degree in Special Education, a valid teaching certificate, and training as an ADHA-Executive Functioning therapist. Currently, I am working towards earning a graduate-level certificate in Life Coaching. While in high school and college/grad school, I worked as a tutor part-time which means I have a lot of experience! I’ve tutored students of all ages. Academically I worked have worked primarily with K-4th grade (general education and special education) in all subjects.
