"I hold a degree in Hospitality Management from Iowa State University, where I also tutored peers in accounting and nutrition. Those early experiences showed me how much I enjoy helping others learn by breaking down complex material into clear, approachable steps. Since then, I’ve spent six years working as an operations manager and project manager, where I’ve trained and coached colleagues in everything from financial reports to new systems and professional development.
