"I'm a certified English teacher who is passionate about writing and literature. At The College of New Jersey, I majored in English and Secondary Education and graduated summa cum laude. Afterwards, I taught middle and high school English for six years. I've taught sixth, eighth, and ninth grades, and eventually focused on eleventh and twelfth grades at the regular, College Prep, and Honors level. I am am also certified to teach AP Literature and AP Language and Composition, and had the opportunity to teach AP Lit. My favorite books to teach included Pride and Prejudice and Much Ado About Nothing!

Then, I completed a Master’s in Creative Writing and Literature through the Harvard Extension School. I have been a tutor for SAT Reading and Grammar for over two years, and help students learn step-by-step strategies for each question type. I have also tutored for ACT Reading and Writing, AP Language and Composition, and AP Literature.
