"This is my full-time job. After working as a manager in different corporations for more than 15 years, this is my profession for last 7 years, and I love it. It gives me the opportunity to work with brilliant students and help them unleash their potential. I am very patient with my students considering the reason they demand my assistance. They are struggling with the material; and it is my job to explain it over and over again with different approaches until they feel comfortable with the material. My teaching method is not based on repeating what students’ teachers already told them. I always walk through the problem with my students and explain every step ensuring they understand it. I do not proceed to the next topic unless I make sure my student has a solid understanding of the current material.
