"I have 20 years experience as a classroom teacher and tutor working with elementary, middle and high school students teaching Spanish and French. I am very patient and encouraging. I take time to get to know my students to learn what their learning goals are and to assess their strengths and weaknesses so that I can develop an individualized learning plan for each student. I lived in Costa Rica and in France and have excellent pronunciation in both French and Spanish. I am very positive and make learning fun. I love working with students one on one and watching them progress and build their confidence.

I hold an experienced educator certificate from the state of NH with endorsements in Spanish and French which qualifies me to teach elementary, middle and high school. I have taught beginning and intermediate Spanish at the elementary, middle and high school years. I spent 11 years teaching middle school Spanish at a private independent middle school and many of my 8th grade students placed into Spanish 3. I have also tutored high school beginning level French and taught middle school French. Feedback from students and parents is that my classes are fun and interesting.
