"I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology with a minor in Education, graduating summa cum laude, along with an Associate of Science degree earned with distinction. Over the past 20+ years, I have taught science in both public and private school settings, working with students in grades 6 through 12. My instruction has spanned a broad range of subjects including general biology, anatomy and physiology, ecology and conservation, genetics, and AP-level life sciences. My experience includes working with students across diverse learning profiles, including English Language Learners, special education students, and advanced learners.

Throughout my career, I’ve cultivated a teaching style that breaks down complex scientific concepts into manageable, engaging lessons. I have a natural ability to connect abstract ideas to students’ real-world experiences, which helps foster deeper understanding and long-term retention.
