"My name is Hajra S, and I tutor all core academic subjects from Pre-K through 8th grade. I am currently studying in community college and will be transferring to a four-year university next year in Fall 2026. I am bilingual in English and Urdu/Hindi, which also helps me support multilingual students who may need extra clarity or language support while learning.

I have worked with students ages 7–17 and have taught more than 6 private tuitions, including elementary and middle school students, as well as tutoring cousins, friends, and family. Through these experiences, I’ve learned how to adjust my teaching style depending on each student’s needs. My approach includes breaking down difficult topics into simpler parts, using visual + step-by-step explanation, guided practice, and checking understanding in small sections so the student truly learns the concept — not just memorizes it.

My goal is to create a patient, comfortable, and encouraging learning environment where students feel safe to ask questions and learn at their own pace.
