"Hi! I’m Neel — an incoming Emory University student with a strong passion for helping students gain confidence in math. I specialize in tutoring elementary through high school math, including Algebra 1 & 2, and SAT math prep.

Throughout high school, I’ve tutored students through nonprofit organizations like Schoolhouse.world, working with students from many different countries with various learning styles. While I’m not a professional teacher, I’ve learned how to break down challenging concepts into simple, understandable steps. I’m always patient, encouraging, and ready to adapt my approach to what works best for you.

I’m also very comfortable with technology and like to use a variety of digital tools to make our sessions efficient and interactive. Whether we’re reviewing for an exam, reviewing fundamentals, or tackling new material, I’m here to help make math less stressful and more rewarding.

In addition to math, I also offer beginner and intermediate cello lessons. I’ve been playing the cello for about six years and have over 13 years of experience in music overall, including training in both Western and Indian classical music. As a student cellist, I understand the challenges of learning an instrument firsthand and love helping others develop their technique, musicality, and confidence in a supportive and inspiring environment.
