I have three years of experience as a Teaching Assistant in a public middle school, where I worked closely with 6th-grade students in small groups. I taught key math topics like fractions, ratios, integers, one-step equations, and geometry. For example, when teaching ratios, I brought in real-life scenarios like comparing ingredients in recipes, and had students write and solve their own ratio word problems.
