"I have always excelled academically in mathematics, ranging from a perfect math SAT, to an award for math excellence at the University of Notre Dame. I have degrees in Mathematics (BS) and Finance (BBA). I spent ten years as an actuary, with qualifying exams requiring probability, statistics, financial math, and multivariable calculus.

All the while, I have been tutoring - calc, physics, and pre-calc to my college classmates, literacy for adults, and algebra, geometry, and trigonometry to my high school classmates. Despite the high level of math I have reached, I have remained uniquely patient and creative in my methods. I have even tutored adults with no college education to great success, helping them in the Test of Adult Basic Education to secure employment or enrollment in vocational programs.
