"Hi, my name is Danyal! I'm currently a senior in high school. I've built a strong math and science foundation through courses like AP Calculus and AP Physics, and I also received a 1500+ on my SAT. These experiences have not only cemented my problem-solving skills but also prepared me to go after my dream of becoming an Electrical and Computer Engineering major, where I am excited to continue to use what I have learned in meaningful and innovative ways.

I have been tutoring for the past two years, privately and with Schoolhouse, with the majority being high school students. During this time, I’ve come to appreciate that learning isn’t just about getting the right answer, it’s about developing the confidence and curiosity to tackle challenges. Tutoring has taught me patience and the importance of adapting explanations until a student truly understands. It has also reminded me that every student learns differently, and finding the right approach can make a huge difference.

In my classes, I would like to break down complicated concepts into manageable steps that students can follow while promoting active problem-solving and thinking critically. I would want the students not only to complete the task at hand but also to gain sustainable skills that they can use in subsequent classes and in life. I would like to create a positive and inspiring environment in which learning is made easy and rewarding.
