"Greetings! I am an economics professor at Kennesaw State University and have a passion for teaching. I have close knowledge of the University System of Georgia and have also formerly taught at Wake Forest University. My extensive experience at the college level includes teaching classes at all levels of a bachelor’s degree in economics: introductory-level classes (e.g., Principles of Microeconomics and Principles of Macroeconomics) as well as upper-level core classes (e.g., Intermediate Macroeconomics) and upper-level electives (e.g., Money and Banking). All of this experience gives me a certain “professor’s perspective” on any economics class that you are facing. If you are struggling in a particular class taught by a confusing professor whose lessons just don’t make any sense, I can help fill in the knowledge gaps with a variety of supplemental study materials to augment your understanding. Having designed and taught courses myself, I would not only know the material your professor is trying to teach but also what your professor is looking for on your assignments in your class.
In other words, if you want a tutor who can get inside the mind of your professor, I’m the tutor for you! No matter what economics class you are taking, I will be able to help you succeed.
In addition to my experience as a college professor, I also had a professional career in the real estate industry prior to completing my Ph.D. at George Mason University. I can tell you from personal experience that no matter what career path you choose, you will be applying the lessons of economics to your personal and professional life every day. I can therefore help you understand how the economic concepts you are learning in your classes translate to real-world application and why it is all relevant for your future career path. Of course, the lessons of economics can at times be complex and confusing, but I will translate those challenging lessons into a language that you can easily understand." less...
