"I am driven to develop the next generation of scientists through formalized mentorship and tutoring. My unique background as an underrepresented minority scientist makes me suited to engage students from various backgrounds and translate complex scientific material into a digestible format. Over the years, my work with students has resulted in increased interest in the STEM fields, higher grades in STEM courses, and the number of scholarships awarded to students.

I have a lot of experience in helping students in areas of biology, microbiology, cell, and molecular biology. I have taken these courses at the college, master's, and Ph.D. levels, so I am confident that I will be able to assist you in these areas. I have a Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences from New York University School of Medicine.
