Whether it's a middle schooler struggling with algebra, a high schooler preparing for AP Stats or ACT Math, or a college student tackling calculus or statistics, I specialize in breaking down complex concepts into clear steps that build genuine understanding and confidence. I hold a Ph.D. in Mathematics Education from Central Michigan University and a Master's degree in Statistics. I taught for 6.5 years at Louisiana School for Math, Science, and the Arts, a residential STEM school where I taught Statistics with R Programming, Calculus, Modern Algebra, and Mathematics of Finance to gifted high school students. Currently, I tutor students from a 5th grader working through Beast Academy's advanced curriculum to college students mastering College Algebra, reflecting my ability to adapt to learners at every level. Throughout my career, I've worked one-on-one with students ages 11 through college in individual sessions, small groups, and test prep programs.
