"As someone passionate about research and education, I am hoping to provide tutoring services to help students achieve their academic goals and fully grasp the concepts they are learning. I am a PhD Candidate in Criminology and Criminal Justice. I am an experienced Research Professional with several publications in peer-reviewed academic journals.

Areas that I can assist in are criminology/criminal justice, sociology, writing/editing, reading, SPSS statistical analysis, and study skills.

I have 6 years of experience tutoring middle and high-school-aged children in vocabulary, reading, and test prep. I have been teaching at the university level (introductory and high-level courses) for the last three years. Courses I have taught are Intro to the Criminal Justice System, Incarceration and Punishment, Race, Crime, and Justice, and Social Research Methods.
